Good Afternoon!
This is to inform you that we need to manage all our task based on the priority which will be allocated by project manager name. To make it easier, we need list out all the task/ project which is assigned to you as a individual. Hence, we can avoid the clashes with the allocation.
1. Even a small sub task listing mandatory.
2. Pending/new task needed to be added.
3. For designing, we can manage the designs using UXPIN. Will be better to freeze and send for modification.
4. Followup tasks should be separated.
Also, we need to maintain all these in a single platform. Will keep you posted on this when I have an update.
