Grant Proposal Acceptance Letter

Upon the request for a grant by a community or by a person, the other party that receives the proposal confirms it or denies by writing a formal letter. The letter, in addition to confirming the acceptance of the proposal for grant, also confirms the details of the grant that is to be given.
